Lenny Wellenius

Lenny Wellenius is a Managing Director of Navigate Advisors with over 15 years of sales and risk management experience in mortgages. Most recently, Lenny was at Banc of America Securities where he was responsible for growing the mortgage banking business across all products in the agency and non-agency markets. During his tenure the origination and servicing desk became one of the premier mortgage groups in the industry. Prior to that, he was at Fannie Mae where he helped source loans and securities for the multi-billion dollar portfolio. Lenny began his career at Tuttle & Co. where managed interest rate risk for mortgage originators and servicers. Lenny received a BA from the University of Maryland in 1994.
