Lou Noschese

Lou Noschese is a Managing Director of Navigate Advisors with over 25 years experience in institutional sales, trading and management across the spectrum of fixed income products. Recently, Mr. Noschese spent 9-years as Sales Manager for UBS presiding over the firm’s rise to a top five ranking as a U.S. Treasury and Agency dealer. Highly regarded within the industry, Lou has developed relationships with many of the largest fixed income investors globally and was the top rates producer at UBS four consecutive years. Known for his innovative thinking and insightful strategies Lou brings to Navigate a highly adaptive skill set; a proven track record of building outstanding client franchises with product expertise that includes cash and derivatives. Lou received a BA from College of the Holy Cross in 1972.
