Salvatore Rios

Salvatore Rios is a Managing Director of Navigate Advisors with over 20 years of Institutional Sales experience across fixed income products. Most recently, Sal was instrumental in building the successful primary dealership business for Societe Generale. Prior to that assignment, Sal was a producing member of the fixed income sales team at MF Global covering foreign and domestic clients in rates. Sal began his career at Merrill Lynch on the government bond desk covering institutional Asian investors and foreign Central Banks. He held senior relationship manager responsibilities for many of the firm’s highest profile Asian clients, delivering all company resources, creating customized multi-level training programs and traveled extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region. Sal’s business building success led him to be selected to help construct a start-up domestic futures business to serve Merrill’s 17,000 financial advisors, which was launched ahead of schedule and was immediately profitable. Sal holds an AAS degree in Banking and Finance from Kingsborough Community College.
